What is AMOS?
AMOS stands for Area Missions Outreach Services.
It is a local food and clothing ministry. The ministry helps anyone from low-income, elderly or disabled households as well as those who have simply fallen on hard times.
Where is AMOS located?
AMOS is located at 908 S. Loraine in Midland (near South Elementary).
When is AMOS open?
AMOS is open Mon., Tues., and Wed. mornings—9:00 a.m. ‘til noon.

How is AMOS supported?
The ministry is mainly supported by donations from First Methodist Church of Midland and St. Luke’s United Methodist Church.

Donate time by helping pack boxes of food for Midland County residents.
(First Methodist Midland has a large chest for AMOS donations near our central staircase. Feel free to donate there any time.)
Note: Small sizes of flour, sugar, beans, rice, and pasta are better for AMOS distribution.
