Oasis Youth

“A place where students can escape the desert of their daily lives and find the Living Water…”

Students from seventh grade through seniors in high school are challenged to grow in their faith and share it with others through relevant Bible studies, Wednesday Night Youth Worship Services and Sunday School. 

Worship
Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. we get together and worship in the Oasis Youth Center (Basement). Here we challenge the teens to truly walk with Christ in every area of their lives, by presenting biblical truths so that teens will have the knowledge necessary to stand firm against the instability of the world we live in.

Sunday School
Sundays, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. (Youth Center - Basement ) 

Small Groups
Students meet in homes during the week, by grade, where they take the Wednesday Night Message and go more in-depth with it and how it applies to their lives. Oasis Youth are encouraged to bring their friends to hear about the love of Christ, in the less intimidating atmosphere of a youth sponsor’s home.

Helping Others
Oasis Youth are given the opportunity to use the gifts and abilities that God has given them, by participating in a variety of mission trips and service projects. Students can be on the following teams:

• Conference Council on Youth
• Drama and Media
• Praise Band
• ROTC (Reaching Others Through Christ Jr. High Mission Camp)
• UM ARMY (United Methodist Action Reach-Out Mission by Youth)
