Recommendations to the Charge Conference:

 

1.                  That vacancies in elected positions during the year be filled by the Church Council (par. 251.4b)

 

2.                  That the size of the Church Council be set at the number of positions listed on page 1 (par. 252.5).

 

3.                  That the effective date is January 1, 2011, with current leaders serving until then.
