On the evening of Sept. 26, the Stephen Leaders and current Stephen Ministers hosted a pot luck dinner at the home of Macky and John Pitts, to welcome our new trainees. It was a wonderful time of food and fellowship! At the end of the evening, our trainees were encircled by all of the Stephen Ministers and Stephen Leaders and prayed over.

The trainees will embark on their 50 hrs of training and two year commitment, on Oct. 3.  They will be working diligently at honing their skills and discovering their gifts to serve others in Christ's love. We ask that you lift these six precious individuals up in prayer, during this time. We also ask that you pray for the Stephen Leaders and Stephen Ministers who will guide them through their training process. How blessed we are to have this dedicated group of trainees!
